Warren was admitted to the California State Bar in 2023 and spent his first year practicing law defending small to medium sized businesses throughout California in civil lawsuits. He represented his clients in employment, corporate formation, discrimination, and contractual disputes. 

Warren attended the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and focused on business and startup law. His work with nonprofit legal organizations earned him the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. He was published as Law Student Leader in the American Bar Association’s “2021 US Public Target Deal Points Study” for his work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and mergers and acquisitions. 

Warren grew up in Santa Cruz, CA, and currently lives in San Francisco with his fiancee. In his free time, he enjoys cycling as a way to explore the beautiful Bay Area. He previously completed a cross-country bicycle ride for charity, raising money and awareness for children living with disabilities. Along the 4,000 mile ride from San Francisco to Washington, D.C., he spent his evenings volunteering at facilities that received donations from the fundraising efforts.
